Arapahoe County Approves Adjusted Regional, Rural Transportation Impact Fees

LITTLETON, Colorado, Dec. 19 -- Arapahoe County issued the following news:

The Arapahoe County Board of Commissioners on Dec. 12 adjusted one-time transportation impact fees collected from new development and paid by developers to account for rising inflation. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee (RTIF) and Rural Transportation Impact Fee (RUTIF) are payments on new development to help offset the impacts of roadway infrastructure that occur with development.
