KUTZTOWN, Pennsylvania, Dec. 19 -- Kutztown University issued the following news release on Dec. 18, 2023:
Kutztown University awarded Mark R. Weaver, Esq. '83, M'85 an honorary doctorate at the institution's 2023 Fall Commencement Ceremony Saturday, Dec. 16, at O'Pake Fieldhouse.
