SAN MARCOS, Texas, Dec. 16 -- The Lower Colorado River Authority issued the following news release:
The Commemorative Air Force Central Texas Wing will install new energy-efficient lighting to better showcase its WWII-era planes and other popular aircraft exhibits, thanks to a grant from the Lower Colorado River Authority and Pedernales Electric Cooperative.
