ANNAPOLIS, Maryland, Dec. 16 -- Gov. Wes Moore, D-Maryland, issued the following news release on Dec. 15, 2023:
Governor Wes Moore yesterday signed an executive order establishing Maryland's Office of Overdose Response within the Maryland Department of Health.
