ANNAPOLIS, Maryland, Dec. 16 -- Gov. Wes Moore, D-Maryland, issued the following news release on Dec. 15, 2023:
Governor Wes Moore today announced the transition of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Public Safety and Homeland Security from Bud Frank to Adam Flasch, following Frank's retirement. Flasch, who currently serves as Director of the Governor's Office of Homeland Security, will also serve as Acting Deputy Chief of Staff for Public Safety effective January 1.
