HONOLULU, Hawaii, Dec. 16 -- Gov. Josh Green, D-Hawaii, issued the following news release on Dec. 15, 2023:
Governor Josh Green, M.D., today announced the appointment of Tyson Miyake of Wailuku to fill the House of Representatives vacancy left by the previous appointment of Troy Hashimoto to serve in the State Senate. The Senate seat was vacated by Sen. Gil-Keith Agaran's departure at the end of October to return to private law practice.
