WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 -- Rep. Henry C. 'Hank' Johnson Jr., D-Georgia, issued the following news release on Dec. 15, 2023:

Today, Congressman Hank Johnson (GA-04) introduced the Small Business Contracting Fairness Act, critical legislation to standardize treatment of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) within the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT).
