RALEIGH, North Carolina, Dec. 16 -- North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein issued the following news release on Dec. 15, 2023:

Attorney General Josh Stein today won a court order requiring TikTok to comply with his investigative demand as part of his ongoing investigation.
