HOUSTON, Texas, Dec. 15 -- Holland and Knight, a law firm, issued the following news release:

Holland & Knight advised Equinix, Inc. (Nasdaq: EQIX) in a 10 year pay-as-produced power purchase agreement (PPA) in Portugal with global renewable energy producer Sonnedix. The PPA was announced December 5.
