WASHINGTON, D.C.- Today U.S. Representative Tracey Mann (KS-01) voted no on H.R. 2670, the National Defense Authorization Act. Rep. Mann released the following statement after the vote.
"I am a staunch supporter of our nation's military, but I could not in good conscience vote yes on this legislation," said Rep. Mann. "It would facilitate abuse of government survei . . .
