BERLIN, Vermont, Dec. 15 -- Gov. Phil Scott, R-Vermont, issued the following news release on Dec. 14, 2023:
Governor Phil Scott and the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) today announced recipients of $4,591,000 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Recovery Housing Program (RHP) federal funding awards through the Vermont Community Development Program (VCDP).
