WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, U.S. Senators Cory Booker (D-NJ) and James Lankford (R-OK) introduced legislation to designate the Historic Greenwood area of North Tulsa, Oklahoma, the site of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre, as a national monument.
