WASHINGTON, Dec. 14 -- The Senate Environment and Public Works Committee issued the following testimony by Bren Haase, board chairman of Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority, involving a hearing on Nov. 29, 2023, entitled "WRDA 2024: Stakeholder Feedback on USACE Project Partnership Agreements." WRDA is the Water Resources Development Act while USACE stands for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
