Interstate Council on Water Policy, involving a hearing on Nov. 29, 2023, entitled "WRDA 2024: Stakeholder Feedback on USACE Project Partnership Agreements." WRDA is the Water Resources Development Act while USACE stands for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
