WASHINGTON, DC - Last week, Congressman Richard Hudson (NC-09) announced his bill, H.R. 1352,the Increasing Access to Biosimilars Act of 2023, passed through a House Energy and Commerce committee legislative markup with bipartisan support. The legislation will now move to the House floor for final passage.
