Today, U.S. Senators Chris Van Hollen and Ben Cardin (both D-Md.) formally introduced Nicole Berner, President Joe Biden's nominee for a Maryland seat on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, to the Senate Judiciary Committee at her confirmation hearing.
