Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) President and Chair Reta Jo Lewis wrapped up an eventful week in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) as part of the U.S. delegation to the 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28).
