WASHINGTON, DC -- Representatives Chip Roy (TX-21) and David Schweikert (AZ-01) are leading a group of lawmakers in fighting to eliminate a $22 billion "slush fund" created by the debt ceiling deal negotiated this summer that will be used to massively increase federal spending.
