WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 -- The House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Environment, Manufacturing and Critical Materials issued the following testimony by L. David Glatt, director of the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality, involving a hearing on Nov. 14, 2023, entitled "Clean Power Plan 2.0: EPA's Effort to Jeopardize Reliable and Affordable Energy for States." EPA is the Environmental Protection Agency.
