CULLOWHEE, North Carolina, Dec. 9 -- Western Carolina University issued the following news release:
On Friday, Dec. 8, Western Carolina University Chancellor Kelli R. Brown and Tracy Mancini, president of Carteret Community College, virtually signed a memorandum of understanding between the two institutions that guarantees admission to WCU for all Carteret graduates who satisfy certain requirements.
