WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 (TNSrep) -- The U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics issued the following document from Economics Daily:

Nonfarm payroll employment increased in 52 metropolitan areas and was essentially unchanged in 337 areas from October 2022 to October 2023. Charleston-North Charleston, South Carolina had the largest percentage gain in employment, at 6.1 percent, followed by Midland, Texas (5.1 percent).
