MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin, Dec. 8 -- The University of Wisconsin's Milwaukee Campus issued the following news release:
Ilya Avdeev has been named the new director of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Lubar Entrepreneurship Center (LEC).
