COLUMBUS, Ohio, Dec. 8 -- The Ohio Democratic Party issued the following news on Dec. 7, 2023:
Today, Issue 1 - the amendment Ohioans voted overwhelmingly for to protect reproductive rights and overturn Ohio's dangerous abortion ban - goes into effect. Despite Ohioans making their position clear, Bernie Moreno, Frank LaRose, and Matt Dolan would all override Ohioans by voting for a national abortion ban in the Senate.
The entire #OHSEN field would overrule Ohioans . . .
