CHICAGO, Illinois, Dec. 8 -- Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul issued the following news release:

Attorney General Kwame Raoul, with Connecticut Attorney General William Tong and District of Columbia Attorney General Brian Schwalb, co-led a coalition of 22 state attorneys general in calling for an end to Mississippi's regime of large-scale, permanent felon voter disenfranchisement.
