TOWSON, Maryland, Dec. 8 -- Baltimore County Public Schools issued the following news release:
Naomi Franzblau, a senior at Dulaney High School, is one of 2,242 students nationally to receive a full four-year scholarship to one of 50 top-tier colleges through the QuestBridge (https://www.questbridge.org/) National College Match.
