W.Va. PSC to Hold Additional Hearing for Hubbard Heights Sewer Service

CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Dec. 8 -- The Public Service Commission of West Virginia issued the following news release:

The Public Service Commission will hold a supplemental evidentiary hearing regarding the status of the sewer service provided by Hubbard Heights Subdivision Homeowners Association (Hubbard). The case was filed to determine whether Hubbard should be classified as a distressed or failing utility under West Virginia law.
