WASHINGTON, Dec. 7 -- Rep. Kathy Manning, D-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Greensboro, N.C. - Congresswoman Kathy Manning (NC-06) announced today that she will not file for re-election under the egregiously gerrymandered congressional districts, which the Republican-led North Carolina General Assembly passed into law to prevent the re-election of three North Carolina Democrats, including Manning.
A lawsuit was filed in federal court earlier this wee . . .
