ATLANTA, Georgia, Dec. 7 -- The Georgia State Senate issued the following news release on Dec. 6, 2023:
Yesterday, the Georgia Senate honored the life and memory of Sergeant Rose Lubin with the passage of Senate Resolution 11EX, sponsored by Senator Sally Harrell (D-Atlanta).
