WASHINGTON, Dec. 6 -- Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kansas, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D. (R-KS), alongside a group of bipartisan Senators, introduced the Protecting Rural Seniors Access to Care Act, legislation that would prevent the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from finalizing a proposed rule that will harm nursing homes and patients across rural America.
