ANNAPOLIS, Maryland, Dec. 6 -- The Chesapeake Climate Action Network issued the following news release:
Before the end of December, the Moore Administration must put forward a comprehensive plan to meet Maryland's climate goals. As the details of that plan are being finalized, more than 40 Maryland grassroots and business leaders signed a letter to the Governor urging him to include concrete investments with guaranteed funding mechanisms to reduce pollution at the speed require . . .
