WAUKEGAN, Illinois, Dec. 2 -- The Illinois House Democrats issued the following news release:
State Rep. Rita Mayfield, D-Waukegan, is promoting awareness of an upcoming series of workshops entitled "Building Blocks of Success" being offered by the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) focused on helping new and existing Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs).
