MADISON, Wisconsin, Dec. 2 -- The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection issued the following news release:

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) has identified a case of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) in a commercial flock in Barron County.
