WASHINGTON, Dec. 1 -- Rep. Steve Cohen, D-Tennessee, issued the following news release:

Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-9) went to the House floor this morning to deliver a speech praising the St. Jude Children's Hospital and participants in Saturday's St. Jude Memphis Marathon. See the text and video below.
