WASHINGTON, Nov. 30 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement issued the following news release:
TUCSON, Ariz. -- An Arizona resident was sentenced by a federal judge Nov. 29 to 70 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release for visa fraud and two separate counts of attempted unlawful procurement of U.S. citizenship.
