CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Dec. 1 -- The West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals issued the following news release on Nov. 30, 2023:

The Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia will hold a grand opening ceremony for a new Judicial Learning Center at 10 a.m. on Thursday, December 7, on the third floor of the Capitol's East Wing.

It is a modern exhibition space that provides information about the judicial branch of government and West Virginia's court system.
