PHOENIX, Arizona, Dec. 1 -- The Arizona Democratic Party issued the following news release on Nov. 30, 2023:

Today, Kari Lake lost yet another court case in her continued efforts to push baseless conspiracy theories about past elections. Lake's request to make 1.3 million ballot envelopes public has been rejected on the basis that it could "create a significant risk of widespread voter fraud where none now exists" and "expose voters to harassment."
