RALEIGH, North Carolina, Dec. 1 -- Gov. Roy Cooper, D-North Carolina, issued the following news release on Nov. 29, 2023:
Today the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency rescinded its approval for imports of waste material containing GenX from a Chemours facility in the Netherlands to the Chemours Fayetteville Works Plant in North Carolina.
