NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Dec. 1 -- The New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center issued the following news on Nov. 29, 2023:
River District Neighborhood Investors, LLC (RDNI) and the Ernest N. Morial New Orleans Exhibition Hall Authority broke ground today on New Orleans' newest mixed-use neighborhood located on the banks of the Mississippi River.
