MADISON, Wisconsin, Nov. 30 -- The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families issued the following news release on Nov. 29, 2023:
The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) honored six adoptive families today by presenting them with the 2023 Governor's Outstanding Adoptive Parent Award.
