N. Y. Governor Hochul Announces Start of Construction on 60-Unit Affordable Housing Development In Schenectady

ALBANY, New York, Nov. 30 -- Gov. Kathy Hochul, D-New York, issued the following news release on Nov. 29, 2023:

Governor Kathy Hochul today announced the start of construction on Mosaic Apartments, a two-building development that will create 60 apartments in Schenectady's Mont Pleasant neighborhood. The all-electric, energy-efficient development will include 30 apartments with onsite support services for seniors and people with disabilities.
