WASHINGTON, Nov. 28 -- The National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners issued the following news release:
National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners President Julie Fedorchak has appointed Iowa Utilities Board Member Joshua J. Byrnes as the new treasurer for the Association.
