TOPEKA, Kansas, Nov. 28 -- The Kansas Department of Agriculture issued the following news release on Nov. 27, 2023:

The Arkansas River Compact Administration (ARCA) annual meeting will be on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. MST at the Otero Junior College Student Center, 2001 San Juan Ave. in La Junta, Colorado. The meeting agenda will be posted on the ARCA website at www.co-ks-arkansasrivercompactadmin.org.
