WASHINGTON, Nov. 27 -- Sen. Peter Welch, D-Vermont, issued the following news release:

BURLINGTON, VT - Senator Peter Welch (D-Vt.) today issued the following statement after the arrest of a suspect in the shooting of three Palestinian-American students in Burlington, Vermont this weekend:
