ALBANY, New York, Nov. 23 -- Gov. Kathy Hochul, D-New York, issued the following news release on Nov. 21, 2023:
Governor Kathy Hochul today announced that the New York Power Authority and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey completed the installation of energy-efficient LED lights throughout One World Trade Center, the tallest building in the United States.
