WASHINGTON, Nov. 22 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement issued the following news release on Nov. 21, 2023:
Deputy Director Glenda Owens today announced the selection of William Joseph as the new regional director for the Mid-Continent Region of the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement.
