BOISE, Idaho, Nov. 23 (TNSres) -- The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality issued the following news:
The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) released the 2023 Triennial Review of Idaho Water Quality Standards (https://www2.deq.idaho.gov/admin/LEIA/api/document/download/21593).
Under the Clean Water Act Sec. 303(c) and federal regulation 40 CFR 131.20, the plan must review, update, or modify Idaho's water quality standards every three years.
