HARLINGEN, Texas, Nov. 21 -- Texas State Technical College issued the following news:
Texas State Technical College Surgical Technology alumna Rebecca Vargas recalls when she accepted a full-time job from Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen earlier this year.
