CHADRON, Nebraska, Nov. 18 -- Chadron State College issued the following news release:
Dr. Jim Powell, Chadron State College's Vice President for Academic Affairs, announced Friday he plans to retire in June 2024. Powell has worked as an administrator at the college since 2015.
