NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Nov. 17 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Duane A. Evans, issued the following news release:
EMILY SUSAN BREAUX, age 48, a resident of Metairie, Louisiana , pleaded guilty on November 15, 2023, before U.S. District Judge Mary Ann Vial Lemmon to conspiracy to distribute heroin, a violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(C), and 846, announced U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans.
