BALTIMORE, Maryland, Nov. 17 -- The University of Baltimore issued the following news release:
The Schaefer Center for Public Policy has announced the latest cohort to graduate from its Maryland Certified Public Manager Program. Last month, the 18 public managers, all from Baltimore City and Baltimore County, presented their capstone projects, marking their completion of the program.
